While most of our items are in stock some are handcrafted per order. Please allow 1-14 business days for your order to ship.

All merchandise is shipped through USPS as first class standard mail (3-5 days), unless noted otherwise and includes a tracking number.


The Fine Deets on International Shipping:
International Shipping should take 1-3 weeks to be delivered due to customs (boo customs). However delays can occur in transit, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately due to customs the ship times given are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

US Shipping FAQS:
Q: Help! I says my item is delivered but my package didn't get delivered, what can I do?
A: Don't panic, you got this. First, check your order and double check your shipping address on the order. Whew got that correct, now what? Now check your neighbors, maybe they "borrowed" more than sugar... (remember "borrowing" speaks on them not you) K, I checked and it's still missing. Contact your local USPS post office and provide them with the tracking number. Talk to them to find out if you need to take steps to file a claim. Lastly, let's talk this out :) email us! Q: My package has been out for delivery for a long time, what does this mean?
A: Sadly it means that like all the socks that disappear from the wash so has this package. Gone, into the tiny nooks and crannies of all things mystical. To help retrieved your item back from no-mans land contact your local USPS post office and have your tracking number ready. Also please don't forget contact us with your order number and let us know of the situation and we can work together to solve crime.

Q: Oh no! Apparently my item is being shipped back to you, how do I get my package?
A: Please contact us with your order number and let us know that your package is being returned to us because of delivery failure. Sometimes packages get sent back because USPS can't verify an address or deem these rural addresses. Always double check your shipping address at checkout.
