returns + exchanges
New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for a free exchange or store credit. Just notify us within 10 days of the delivery in order to make your return. All original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
All sale items are final sale.
We understand buying online can be tricky, it's why we offer free exchanges. If something doesn't fit just notify us within 10 days of the delivery and we will help you with your exchange.
