Here at Littles Collection we don't believe in "Policies" we believe in good products that we stand behind. You should be happy with what you buy. If something does not fit, you've changed your mind, has a defect or whatever it is know that we've got you covered.

1) Your order number and an email address
2) If you'd like to return or exchange the item(s)
3) Reason for return or exchange
4) A pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email address (US only)
5) Send back your item(s) with your receipt or order number
The Fine Deets on Exchanges:
Exchanges are FREE, that's right free. We don't me free with hidden fees but 100% free. Just use the pre-paid shipping address to send the item(s) back and once we receive them we will ship out the item(s) being exchanged at no cost to you.
The Fine Deets on Refunds:
We don't have any re-stocking fees here! The only thing that will be deducted from your refund is the cost of the pre-paid shipping label (US only). Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of the arrival to Littles Collection of the return. The only thing we can't reimburse is any expedited shipping fees added to your original order. Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card, but rest assured that the payment is headed your way.
